Freejump Contest in Riesenbeck International

We are back from the Freejump Contest with great time of sport and sharing in mind. The beautiful facilities of Ludger Beerbaum in Riesenbeck International let us to ride in good conditions, great course with lot of space between the fence, and typical german marking system. The 10 horses arrived in shared horse truck and started the competoition on Saturday with a commented warm-up by Ludger Beerbaum, an informative time who really helped to prepare the competition on the following day. Before the warm-up, all the french riders were invited to visit Ludger’stables, far from some kilometers. The contest started on Sunday, all the French riders rode well and horses jumped well too. A welcome pack was offered to all competitors : a freejump grey cap, a tee-shirt designed by Did Dontzoff with the Freejump Contest ‘colors, a bottle of Rosé from Château Pierron and Happy Crackers for the horse. On Sunday evening, a french party was organized with cheese and red wine from Château Pierron offered to all riders. Two french musicians played accoustic live music to make people dancing ! Easter day, second and last day of competition, rewarded the best riders of the 4 classes. More than 10 000 € of freejump products were at stake on both day of competition. French and German riders kept in mind a great memories of this week end at Freejump’s colors ! Repeat the experience with our videos on our facebook page !

News Henrik Von Eckerman

As you did, we have watched yesterday the fall of Henrik Von Eckerman in the Saut Hermes Grand Prix after his Soft’Up Pro stirrup broke when landing an oxer. We have not yet been able to make an expert assessment that will allow us to set the causes of this accident. Our quality control is extremely rigorous. All production batches are tested in fatigue to guarantee the quality of the products we sell. We attach an utmost importance to the safety and the reliability of our products which we constantly improve. We do not exclude a fault on this pair of stirrups which is an old model. We obviously present our apologies to Henrik, with whom we are in contact and we are sincerely sorry for the incident which has reconsidered his performance in this Saut Hermes Grand Prix.
