For the first time in top level showjumping, a top 10 rider, Martin Fuchs n°3 in the FEI ranking will jump the Rolex Grand Prix of Aachen (July, 21th) with a competition Airbag jacket Oscar & Gabrielle by Freejump.

Integrated and invisible under the jacket, the airbag inflates in case of a fall in less than one-tenth of a second to protect the vital parts of the body.

Developed 3 years ago in collaboration with Helite, the Oscar & Gabrielle by Freejump show jacket is today the reference for the Airbag jackets that riders need to practice their sport in total security.

Initially invented for NASA pilots and already used in motorcycle circuits, gliding and skiing, individual airbags are essential today for all risky sports.

Helite is a French company, world leader in individual airbags, and the specialist dedicated to sports’ airbags.

Freejump, partner of international top riders, is the specialist of stirrups, shoes, chaps, and competition tall boots. Freejump, the leader of single-branch stirrups, bought the Oscar & Gabrielle Airbag Jacket in May 2019.

Martin Fuchs, 27 years old Swiss rider is the 2018 World Equestrian Games’ individual silver medalist, 2019 World Cup Final’s silver medalist and winner in 2019 of the Grand Prix of Basel, Wellington, Madrid and Estoril.

Leather care tips:

Frequency: it is recommended you clean your shoes and chaps frequently;
Fresh water: use a sponge humidified with fresh water to clean (never use glycerine soap, fresh water is the only thing you need to remove dirt and dust);
Leather cream: apply a leather cream to nourish and protect the leather from humidity;
Polish: by using an old rag, a towel or a polishing brush, you can give them a burst of extra shine !
