The second event of the 2018 Freejump Contest just ended after 4 amazing days of competition, with more than 1600 entries and 700 horses competing in Barbaste (South West of France). The show started with a warm-up day animated and commented by Pierre Durand for 60 riders who shared a special moment with this French 1988 Olympic Gold Medal rider. The competition took place Friday, Saturday and Sunday, including special classes and surprises : an amateur derby, a nation cup, a warrior course in giant bubbles and a live music evening by the French duo Franck & Damien. Summer vibes were in the air – thank you to all riders for their good mood, see you in 2019 !

 Le Freejump Contest est un championnat sur 3 jours (Vendredi 29, Samedi 30 Juin et Dimanche 1er juillet) ouvert aux catégories suivantes :
Amateur 3 : 0,95 – 100 – 100
Amateur 2 : 105 – 110 – 110
Amateur 1 : 115 – 115 – 120
Amateur Elite : 125 – 125 – 130
Pro 2 : 130 – 135 – 130 ou 140 (au choix)

 BAREMES ET DEROULEMENT 

Vendredi 29 Juin Première étape : Type Barème A chrono jugé au Barème C.

Samedi 30 Juin Deuxième étape : En une manche au Barème A, sans chrono 

 Particularité du Samedi, nous intégrons à toutes les épreuves de la journée un format Coupe des Nations pour les équipes constituées de 4 cavaliers. Toutes les épreuves championnat du samedi (Am3 1m, Am2 1m10, Am1 1m15, AmElite 1m25 et Pro 1m35) compteront pour un classement individuel, le classement championnat et seront sur-dotées en lot Freejump pour les participants à la Coupe des Nations.

Si vous avez envie de participer à l’épreuve par équipe, vous devez choisir 3 autres cavaliers. Si vous n’avez pas de co-équipier, mais que vous avez très envie de participer à la Coupe des Nations, pas de panique, nous vous aiderons à constituer une équipe, il suffit de nous contacter par email Anais : [email protected] !
Les équipes inscrites par mail ( [email protected]) seront enregistrées. 

A l’issu de la première manche, comme en Coupe des Nations, les 3 meilleures performances de chaque équipe seront comptabilisées et les 4 meilleures équipes s’affronteront en seconde manche sur des épreuves surprises à pied le samedi en fin de journée ! 

 Pour faciliter l’organisation, merci de communiquer au plus vite auprès d’Anais ([email protected]): 

– Le nom des 4 cavaliers qui composent l’équipe et les épreuves dans laquelle vous êtes engagés

– Le nom de votre équipe et une  vidéo de présentation de votre équipe 

L’annonce des 4 équipes qui repartiront en seconde manche s’effectuera à la fin de toutes les épreuves. 

 La remise des prix par équipe s’effectuera à l’issue de la dernière épreuve à pied de la journée.

 Dimanche 1er Juillet Troisième étape (Finale) : La troisième étape se déroule barème A sans chrono 

Pour ceux qui souhaitent courir le championnat, et privilégier leur classement sur les 3 jours, les épreuves du samedi et du dimanches seront jugées comme un barème A sans chrono. Cependant, les cavaliers qui le souhaitent peuvent jouer le chrono pour se classer dans ces épreuves individuellement. Ce qui veut dire qu'un cavalier rapide le samedi ou le dimanche ne sera pas forcément mieux classé dans le championnat qu'un cavalier sans fautes les 3 jours mais moins rapide dans l'épreuve du samedi ou du dimanche ! 

Les personnes ne concourant pas pour le championnat pourront s’engager dans les épreuves de leur choix sur une, deux ou trois journées.

 Journée du Jeudi 

3 préparatoires 1m, 1m10 et 1m20 seront animées par un(e) grand(e) cavalier(e) de la scène internationale, qui regardera chacun des parcours, l’analysera et donnera un petit conseil personnalisé à la sortie de piste ! (Attention épreuves limitées à 20 partants).
