As you did, we have watched yesterday the fall of Henrik Von Eckerman in the Saut Hermes Grand Prix after his Soft’Up Pro stirrup broke when landing an oxer.
We have not yet been able to make an expert assessment that will allow us to set the causes of this accident.
Our quality control is extremely rigorous. All production batches are tested in fatigue to guarantee the quality of the products we sell. We attach an utmost importance to the safety and the reliability of our products which we constantly improve. We do not exclude a fault on this pair of stirrups which is an old model.
We obviously present our apologies to Henrik, with whom we are in contact and we are sincerely sorry for the incident which has reconsidered his performance in this Saut Hermes Grand Prix.
